2017 Select Lots Chardonnay
Lightly oaked, but full of body. After ripening in the North Okanagan, these grapes were sent to American oak barrels for fermentation and aged on the lees for 10 months. Tropical notes with citrus acidity and a great finish on the palate.
Varietal: 100% Chardonnay
Pairs wonderfully with rich soft cheeses, cream based sauces, white meats and all kinds of shellfish
